1.) What is your favorite Charleston street or historic site/building?: I love the intersection of Church and Queen Streets. I can remember the first time I saw it when I visited Charleston some 20 years ago and the beautiful architecture of the French Huguenot Church and the Dock Street Theatre was mesmerizing. I still remember that moment to this day!

2.) What is your favorite Charleston food?: I love our local shrimp; any preparation is great! I’ve also had a long-standing fascination with grits... More on that if you take my tour!

3.) What is your favorite Charleston smell or taste?: Hands down, my favorite Charleston smell is the scent of gardenia. I love the sweetness and subtle vanilla overtones.

4.) What is your favorite Charleston experience?: Kayaking through marshes, power walking at area beaches, boutique shopping along King Street, checking out new day spas, hiking local parks with my dog, and eating at the hottest restaurants in town, just to name a few! I also love touring historic homes of Charleston and learning more about the architecture that makes this city so unique.
